Brew it hot in the glass

Both pitchers take water off the boil, the 68 oz pitcher up to 300°F and the 2 L jug up to 302°F, so you can steep tea bags right in the glass, lift them out and let the tea cool before it goes in the fridge. The 68 oz pitcher pours from a stainless lid with two options. The jug pours through a two-ear lid that holds lemon slices and loose leaves back.

Sweetened tea settles at the bottom of a tall pitcher. Our 10.3-inch spoon stirs deep into either one: hold it by the end, since the pitchers stand just over 11 inches tall. Neither lid is airtight, so the pitcher stands upright in the fridge.

Questions

Questions about the Delove iced tea pitcher

Can you brew hot tea in a Delove iced tea pitcher?

Yes. The 68 oz pitcher is rated to 300°F and the 2 L jug to 302°F. Let it cool before it goes in the fridge, and avoid filling a freezer-cold pitcher with boiling water.

Which Delove pitcher should you pick for fruit water?

The 2 L jug. Its two-ear lid works as a filter, so lemon slices, berries and mint stay in the jug when you pour.

Which Delove stirring spoon should you use for your pitcher?

The 10.3-inch spoon, our longest. Both pitchers stand just over 11 inches tall, so hold it by the end and stir deep. It clears the rim of a quart jar with room to spare.
