Glass inside, shell outside
Both of our pitchers put a borosilicate glass body inside a pink shell. The glass keeps no taste from yesterday and takes boiling water for brewing tea. The shell, with its cut-out window, guards the glass against a knock on the counter and shows you how much is left.
The 68 oz pitcher has an 18/8 stainless steel lid with two pouring options and a long spout. The 2 L jug has a two-ear lid that works as a filter and holds back fruit slices and tea leaves.
Brew hot, keep cold
Brew tea with hot water right in the pitcher, then cool it and move it to the fridge. USDA FSIS says food and drink should not stay out of the fridge for more than 2 hours, or 1 hour above 90°F.
Neither lid is airtight, so the pitchers stand upright. At just over 11 inches tall, measure your fridge shelf or door bin first.

Questions
Questions about Delove glass pitchers
Which Delove glass pitcher suits you better?
The 68 oz pitcher if you pour glass after glass of tea or water from a stainless lid with a long spout. The 2 L jug if you make fruit water or loose-leaf tea, since its lid holds the slices back.
Will a Delove pitcher fit in your fridge door?
Measure first. The 68 oz pitcher is 11.1 inches tall and 5.2 inches across, the jug 11.32 inches tall and 4.73 inches across.
Can you lay a Delove pitcher on its side?
Not when it is full. Neither of our pitcher lids seals, so the pitcher rides upright in the fridge door or on a shelf.
