About the Delove Stainless Steel Canning Funnel Set

Our Stainless Steel Canning Funnel Set is three pieces that nest into one: a large funnel 5.58 inches across with a 2.25-inch spout, a small funnel 4.10 inches across with a 1.42-inch spout, and a 3.12-inch umbrella strainer that sits inside the bowl. The large spout drops into a wide mouth jar for jam, salsa or whole fruit, and the small one fits a regular mouth jar or a wide bottle. Hot jam and ice-cold juice are both fine in steel, and the set goes in the dishwasher.

How to use it

    Set the jar on a towel or a rack and rest the funnel in its mouth: the large one for a wide mouth jar, the small one for a regular mouth jar.

    Ladle or spoon the food in. For liquid with seeds or leaves, set the strainer in the bowl first.

    Lift the funnel off, check the headspace your recipe asks for, and wipe the rim with a damp paper towel before the lid goes on.

    Rinse the pieces or put them in the dishwasher, then nest them for storage.

Where it fits

Jam and jelly days, salsa and pickles, and filling jars with flour, rice, beans or coffee. The small funnel also fills bottles with a mouth of about an inch and a half or wider.
